Turn a favourite photograph into a keepsake you can see every day. Everheld pairs your photo, printed onto frosted acrylic, with a sleek black oval stand. The soft satin finish diffuses the background for a clean, premium look. Add a name, a meaningful date or a short message to make it yours.

A thoughtful gift for weddings and anniversaries, family memories, a new baby, a much-loved pet, or remembering someone special. Each keepsake is personalized in our Ontario workshop.

Size and materials

  • Photo panel: approximately 9.5 × 12.5 cm (3.74 × 4.92 in), in 3 mm frosted acrylic.
  • Stand: approximately 11 × 5 cm (4.33 × 1.97 in), with a layered black acrylic finish.
  • Assembled footprint: approximately 11 cm wide × 5 cm deep × 13.4 cm tall (4.33 × 1.97 × 5.28 in).
  • Your photo is printed in a square area, framed by softly frosted acrylic, with space below for your personalization.

How to personalize your Everheld

  1. Upload your photo using the Artwork field on this page. A clear, well-lit JPG or PNG at the highest available resolution works best; please keep files under 20 MB.
  2. Add your text in the personalization field: a name, date or short message. Enter spelling and dates exactly as you want them printed, or leave the field blank for a photo-only keepsake.
  3. Review your proof. We’ll email a digital layout before production so you can check the photo crop, spelling and placement.

A photo is required before production. If you check out without uploading one, email it to dustin@vikingprintlab.com with your order number. Please choose a photo that can be cropped to a square without cutting off important details.

Proof approval and turnaround

A digital proof will be sent before production. Please respond within 24 hours of receiving it. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the proof will be considered approved and production may proceed.

Made to order in up to 5 business days once your photo, personalization details and proof approval are complete. Delivery time is additional.

Shipping and care

The photo panel ships detached from the stand for protection. Simply slide the panel into the stand when it arrives; no glue is needed for setup.

For indoor display. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive or alcohol-based cleaners.

Applicable taxes and shipping are additional. Any applicable import duties or tariffs are also extra.

Product images are illustrative mockups. Example photos, names and messages show personalization ideas. Styling props and gift boxes are not included.
