Start with what you need
Browse the products or send us your idea. For a custom quote, include the quantity, intended use, and requested deadline. A logo, reference image, or rough sketch gives us a useful starting point.
Work through the details
We’ll discuss materials, dimensions, artwork, and the right production method. Your custom quote confirms the proposed specifications and pricing. Timing depends on the project and material availability, so please confirm event deadlines before ordering.
Review and approve
Where a mockup or proof is provided, check the wording, placement, and design details carefully. Custom production begins after the required approval and payment arrangements are confirmed.
Receive your finished order
We’ll confirm the delivery or collection arrangements for your project. If something needs attention when it arrives, contact Dustin with your order number and a description of the issue.
