These terms apply to purchases and custom production services provided by Viking Print Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through this website. Please review them before placing an order.

Orders and quotes

Product descriptions, order confirmations, and any written quote accepted by you describe your purchase. Quotes are subject to the validity period stated in the quote. Changes to quantities, materials, artwork, or delivery requirements may require a revised quote.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other mandatory fees will be disclosed before you complete your purchase. The currency displayed at checkout applies to your order.

If we identify a pricing error, unavailable item, or production issue, we will contact you to discuss a correction or alternative. If we cannot fulfill your order and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled portion.

Custom artwork and permissions

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the logos, images, text, and other materials you submit. You authorize Viking Print Lab and the production providers involved in your order to use those materials as necessary to complete it.

You retain ownership of your submitted artwork. Ownership or licensing of original design work created by Viking Print Lab will be specified in the applicable written agreement.

We may decline requests that infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or contain unlawful material. Purchasing a branded item does not transfer ownership of any associated trademark or copyrighted work.

Proofs and approval

For all print products, the following proof approval process applies.

We will email a digital proof to the email address provided with your order before production begins. Please review all spelling, contact details, images, cropping, layout and other design details carefully.

Please reply to the proof email within 24 hours of it being sent to approve it or request changes. If we receive no reply within 24 hours, the proof will be deemed approved and production may proceed.

If you request changes within that period, production will remain on hold while we prepare a revised proof. Each revised proof starts a new 24-hour response period. Production timing begins after payment, complete artwork and either your express approval or deemed approval under this 24-hour rule.

For other custom products, written approval of a supplied proof authorizes production using that proof.

Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges or affect the delivery schedule. We will explain any proposed charges before proceeding.

An error accurately reproduced from an approved proof may require a paid replacement. This does not limit your rights if we depart from the approved specifications or supply defective goods.

Product appearance

Screen settings, materials, and production methods can affect how colours and finishes appear. Natural materials may have variations in grain, texture, or tone.

Mockups illustrate the intended design. Exact colour matching or particular tolerances must be agreed to in writing before production. These variations do not excuse a material departure from the agreed specifications.

Production and delivery

Production timing depends on the product, quantity, artwork readiness, and any required approval or payment. We will communicate the applicable estimate for your order.

Please tell us about event deadlines before ordering. A deadline is guaranteed only when we expressly accept it in writing.

If a delay occurs, we will contact you about the available options. Nothing in these terms removes cancellation or refund rights that apply under law.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Availability depends on the stage of design, sourcing, and production.

For voluntary cancellations, any proposed charges for approved work already completed or materials committed to your order will be explained and must be consistent with the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

Customized goods generally cannot be returned solely because you change your mind once production has begun, where this restriction was disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please contact us through our website with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where helpful. Reporting issues promptly helps us investigate, but does not shorten any legal claim period.

If goods are defective, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the agreed order, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, as required by law. Where a return is required because of our error or a defect, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please obtain return instructions before sending goods back.

Product use

Use products according to the care, installation, and safety instructions supplied. Check suitability for your intended use before ordering, particularly for items exposed to heat, weather, food, or electrical connections.

Any specific performance commitment must be included in the product description or agreed to in writing.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law. Providing details needed to fulfill an order does not, by itself, authorize unrelated marketing communications.

Website content

Website text, photographs, graphics, and other original content owned by Viking Print Lab are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Please obtain permission before reproducing them beyond uses permitted by law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your legal rights

These terms do not exclude or restrict any consumer protection, warranty, privacy, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any unenforceable provision will apply only to the extent permitted by law; the remaining terms will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms apply to orders placed after the revised version is published. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing order unless we both agree or the law requires otherwise.
