Custom White Plastic Business Cards

Give your contact details or loyalty programme a durable card with an opaque white background. Rounded corners and glossy plastic create a polished card that resists water and tearing.

Product specifications

• Opaque, glossy white plastic with rounded corners.
• Choose Flexible 20pt (0.02 in) or Rigid 30pt (0.03 in) thickness.
• Full-colour printing on the front only; no printing on the back.
• Waterproof and tear-resistant.
• Packs of 250, 500 or 1,000 identical cards.
• Printed cards only; no magnetic stripe, chip or electronic access function is included.

One approved design per pack. Photos show example designs and materials; your cards will be printed with your approved artwork. Styling accessories shown in photos are not included.

Artwork and approval

Price includes printing from your supplied, print-ready artwork and a basic file check. Use the Artwork upload field for PDF, PNG, JPG or SVG files up to 20 MiB, and add instructions in Order notes. For larger files, files sent after ordering or help sending artwork, email dustin@vikingprintlab.com with your order number. New layouts, logo work and other design services are quoted separately.

Ask us for the template for your selected stock and format before preparing artwork. Keep important text inside the safe area, extend background colours through the bleed, embed fonts and use high-resolution images. Supply a one-page front design. Printing is on the front only.

Proof approval — 24-hour response window

We will email a digital proof to the email address provided with your order before production begins. Please review all spelling, contact details, images, cropping, layout and other design details carefully.

Please reply to the proof email within 24 hours of it being sent to approve it or request changes. If we receive no reply within 24 hours, the proof will be deemed approved and production may proceed.

If you request changes within that period, production will remain on hold while we prepare a revised proof. Each revised proof starts a new 24-hour response period. Production timing begins after payment, complete artwork and either your express approval or deemed approval under this 24-hour rule.

Ordering and delivery

The selected quantity is the number of cards or stickers in one pack. One pack uses one approved design; order separate packs for different designs. Product images show supplier sample designs and selected stock or format examples. Your order uses your approved artwork and the specifications you select above. Screen colours can differ from printed colours.

Made to order. Production begins after payment, complete artwork and express or deemed proof approval. Production and delivery times depend on the selected stock, finish, quantity and destination. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping, applicable taxes, tariffs and duties are extra. Standard delivery within Canada is $12 at checkout for these products; express delivery is not offered. For another destination, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
