Custom Retractable Banner Kits

Bring a portable, freestanding message to reception areas, trade shows and indoor events with a custom retractable banner from Viking Print Lab. Your printed graphic rolls into its base for transport, and a carrying case keeps the kit together between events.

Product specifications

• Single-sided full-colour print on 13oz matte vinyl
• 33 × 81 inch banner with a Standard Silver, Standard Black or Premium Silver stand
• 48 × 80.5 inch banner with a Wide Premium Silver stand
• Kit includes the printed banner, selected retractable stand, support pole and carrying case
• Standard stands use swing-out feet; premium styles use a wider silver base
• One approved banner design per kit

Setting up your banner

Place the base on a level indoor surface, position any swing-out feet, assemble the support pole and raise the graphic carefully. Hold the top rail when returning the banner to its base. Store the kit in its carrying case between uses.

Artwork and approval

Price includes printing from your supplied, print-ready artwork and a basic file check. Use the Artwork field above to upload your PDF, up to 20 MiB, and add instructions in Order notes. For a larger file, help sending artwork or files supplied after ordering, email dustin@vikingprintlab.com with your order number. New layouts, logo work, copy changes and other design services are quoted separately.

Supply one PDF page for the selected banner size. Keep important content clear of the lower cassette area, where part of the graphic is held by the stand. Use our exact size- and option-specific template before preparing your PDF so print areas, bleed, trim and safe areas are correct. Embed or outline fonts and use high-resolution images; vector logos are recommended. Remove template guides and other non-printing layers before export.

Proof approval — 24-hour response window

We will email a digital proof to the email address provided with your order before production begins. Please review all spelling, contact details, images, cropping, layout and other design details carefully.

Please reply to the proof email within 24 hours of it being sent to approve it or request changes. If we receive no reply within 24 hours, the proof will be deemed approved and production may proceed.

If you request changes within that period, production will remain on hold while we prepare a revised proof. Each revised proof starts a new 24-hour response period. Production timing begins after payment, complete artwork and either your express approval or deemed approval under this 24-hour rule.

Made to order

Allow approximately 5–7 business days for production and dispatch after express or deemed proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.
