Custom Printed Stretch Table Covers

Create a taut, shaped finish for your next indoor event with a custom printed stretch table cover from Viking Print Lab. All-over artwork and fabric leg pockets turn a folding table into a coordinated branded display.

• Choose a 6 ft or 8 ft stretch cover for a rectangular folding table
• 6.5 oz stretch polyester with all-over full-colour printing
• Open back or zippered closed back
• Corner pockets hold the table legs to create the stretch shape
• 6 ft target table: 72 inches wide × 29.75 inches deep × 29 inches high
• 8 ft target table: 96 inches wide × 29.75 inches deep × 29 inches high
• One printed cover per unit; folding table not included

Fit and care

Check your table dimensions and leg arrangement before ordering. Stretch the cover over the corners and place each leg into its fabric pocket. Recommended for indoor events. Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle and air dry. Do not iron; use steam if needed.

Artwork and approval

Price includes printing from your supplied, print-ready artwork and a basic file check. Use the Artwork field above to upload your PDF, up to 20 MiB, and add instructions in Order notes. For a larger file, help sending artwork or files supplied after ordering, email dustin@vikingprintlab.com with your order number. New layouts, logo work, copy changes and other design services are quoted separately.

Supply a PDF using the template for your selected size and open- or zippered-back option. Use our exact size- and option-specific template before preparing your PDF so print areas, bleed, trim and safe areas are correct. Embed or outline fonts and use high-resolution images; vector logos are recommended. Remove template guides and other non-printing layers before export.

Proof approval — 24-hour response window

We will email a digital proof to the email address provided with your order before production begins. Please review all spelling, contact details, images, cropping, layout and other design details carefully.

Please reply to the proof email within 24 hours of it being sent to approve it or request changes. If we receive no reply within 24 hours, the proof will be deemed approved and production may proceed.

If you request changes within that period, production will remain on hold while we prepare a revised proof. Each revised proof starts a new 24-hour response period. Production timing begins after payment, complete artwork and either your express approval or deemed approval under this 24-hour rule.

Made to order

Allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery after express or deemed proof approval. This is a combined production-and-delivery estimate. Destination and delivery availability can affect timing; contact us before ordering for a firm event date.

Ordering details

Choose your table size and back style above. A quantity of 1 means one printed stretch cover. Tables, separate signs and other display props shown in photos are not included. Each unit uses one approved design. Order a separate unit for each different design.

Product photos show sample artwork and display settings. Pictured promotions are examples and are not offers from Viking Print Lab. The written specifications and your approved proof define your order; your product uses your approved artwork. Colours on screens can differ from printed colours.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are extra. Standard shipping charges are shown at checkout under our current store rates. Express shipping is not available for this product. Production begins after payment, complete artwork and express or deemed proof approval. Timing depends on the selected product, destination and delivery option.
