Custom Paper Roll Labels

Keep product labels, packaging seals and business branding consistent with custom paper labels supplied on rolls.

Your paper-label package

Choose a package of 5,000 or 10,000 labels in total, printed with one artwork design. Cart quantity 1 means one package at your selected total label quantity. Increasing the cart quantity repeats that package using the same artwork; contact us for a custom quote if you need multiple designs.

• 2-inch diameter circle labels.
• White Bright Paper Permanent: matte-coated paper with permanent adhesive.
• Full-colour CMYK printing on one side, with no additional finishing and no perforation.
• For hand application to dry, rigid surfaces. Unwind direction is not specified.
• For non-food labeling. Contact us before ordering if your labels will be used with food products so we can confirm a suitable specification and quote.

Label quantities and roll setup

The selected package quantity is the total number of labels across the supplied rolls, not the number of rolls. Labels per roll and the number of rolls may vary; these packages do not promise a fixed roll split. If you need a specific labels-per-roll count or machine-compatible core, unwind direction or roll size, contact us for a custom quote before ordering.

Square, rectangle, circle, oval and custom shapes can be quoted. Material, ink and finishing choices are confirmed together for your complete configuration; not every combination is available.

Finishing options may include no additional finishing, matte lamination, gloss lamination, matte UV or gloss UV, depending on the stock and complete specification. No additional finishing does not mean that the paper itself is uncoated.

Ask us about the ink option, dimensions, perforation and roll setup you need. For other quantities or multiple artwork designs, include the total label count required for each design in your quote request.

Supplier examples and your artwork

Supplier images illustrate example designs and label shapes. Your package includes your approved artwork printed as 2-inch circles on the paper stock and finish described above. Example designs are not included, and the images do not determine the number of rolls or designs supplied.

Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with 1/8-inch bleed on all sides. Embed images and outline fonts. We confirm the exact template, finished dimensions, dieline and safety margins before production.

Artwork and proof approval

After checkout, email your artwork and order number to dustin@vikingprintlab.com. If an artwork upload is available on this page, you may attach your file there. Design assistance and additional artwork versions require a separate quote.

Production begins after payment, complete artwork and your written approval of the digital proof. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline; production and delivery timing must be confirmed for your order.

Delivery and other quantities

Standard shipping within Canada is $12 on orders below $75 and free on orders of $75 or more after discounts. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

For other total quantities, shapes, paper stocks, finishes, multiple artwork designs or specific roll setups, email dustin@vikingprintlab.com with the total label count needed for each design, application surface and deadline. We will confirm the specification and provide a custom quote before payment.
