Custom Gloss Paper Bookmarks — 2 × 7, Double-Sided

Artwork and approval

Price includes printing from your supplied, print-ready artwork and a basic file check. Use the Artwork upload field above to attach your print-ready PDF, and use Order notes for any instructions. If you prefer to send your file after ordering, email your PDF to dustin@vikingprintlab.com with your order number. New layouts, logo work, copy changes and other design services are quoted separately.

Supply a two-page PDF with one finished side per page, embedded fonts and high-resolution images. Use CMYK colour where possible. Request our setup template before preparing artwork so bleed, safe areas and trim are correct.

Proof approval — 24-hour response window

We will email a digital proof to the email address provided with your order before production begins. Please review all spelling, contact details, images, cropping, layout and other design details carefully.

Please reply to the proof email within 24 hours of it being sent to approve it or request changes. If we receive no reply within 24 hours, the proof will be deemed approved and production may proceed.

If you request changes within that period, production will remain on hold while we prepare a revised proof. Each revised proof starts a new 24-hour response period. Production timing begins after payment, complete artwork and either your express approval or deemed approval under this 24-hour rule.

Made to order

Allow approximately 4–6 business days for production and dispatch after express or deemed proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.

Ordering details

Choose your pack size above. A cart quantity of 1 means one complete pack at the selected print quantity. Each pack contains one approved design. For different artwork, order a separate pack for each version. Colours on screens can differ from printed colours. Product photos show sample designs and layouts; the specifications above define your order. Your order uses your approved artwork.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are extra. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout under our current store rates. Production starts after payment, complete artwork and express or deemed proof approval. Delivery time is additional. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm event date or need another size, paper or quantity.

Online delivery is currently available within Canada. For another destination, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Shipping transit time is additional to proofing and production.
