Custom Feather Flag Kits

Help visitors find your shop or event space with a custom feather flag kit from Viking Print Lab. The tall, curved shape gives your branding a visible place above the crowd, with single- or double-sided printing and four practical sizes.

Product specifications

• Choose a nominal 7.5 ft, 10 ft, 13 ft or 15.5 ft kit size, including the pole
• Standard 110 GSM polyester flag material
• Full-colour dye-sublimation printing
• Single-sided print is translucent and shows through on the reverse; double-sided print uses two layers for a more opaque result
• Kit includes the printed flag, pole with size-dependent segments, ground stake and carrying bags
• Ground stake is for suitable soft ground; optional cross or water bases are not included

Setup and care

Assemble the pole sections, feed the antenna through the flag pocket and secure the flag to its adjustable hook. The pole rotates freely on its base by design. Hand wash the flag with mild soap and cold water. Contact us before ordering if you need a base for indoor use or hard surfaces.

Artwork and approval

Price includes printing from your supplied, print-ready artwork and a basic file check. Use the Artwork field above to upload your PDF, up to 20 MiB, and add instructions in Order notes. For a larger file, help sending artwork or files supplied after ordering, email dustin@vikingprintlab.com with your order number. New layouts, logo work, copy changes and other design services are quoted separately.

Use the template for your selected flag size and printing option. Supply a print-ready PDF; for double-sided artwork, provide clearly labelled front and back pages. We will confirm both sides on your proof. Use our exact size- and option-specific template before preparing your PDF so print areas, bleed, trim and safe areas are correct. Embed or outline fonts and use high-resolution images; vector logos are recommended. Remove template guides and other non-printing layers before export.

Proof approval — 24-hour response window

We will email a digital proof to the email address provided with your order before production begins. Please review all spelling, contact details, images, cropping, layout and other design details carefully.

Please reply to the proof email within 24 hours of it being sent to approve it or request changes. If we receive no reply within 24 hours, the proof will be deemed approved and production may proceed.

If you request changes within that period, production will remain on hold while we prepare a revised proof. Each revised proof starts a new 24-hour response period. Production timing begins after payment, complete artwork and either your express approval or deemed approval under this 24-hour rule.

Made to order

Allow approximately 10–15 business days for production and delivery after express or deemed proof approval. This is a combined production-and-delivery estimate. Contact us before ordering to confirm a firm event deadline.

Ordering details

Choose your kit size and printing option above. A quantity of 1 means one complete flag-and-ground-stake kit. Water bases and other optional bases in lifestyle photos are not included. Sample promotions printed on flags are example artwork only. Each unit uses one approved design. Order a separate unit for each different design.

Product photos show sample artwork and display settings. Pictured promotions are examples and are not offers from Viking Print Lab. The written specifications and your approved proof define your order; your product uses your approved artwork. Colours on screens can differ from printed colours.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are extra. Standard shipping charges are shown at checkout under our current store rates. Express shipping is not available for this product. Production begins after payment, complete artwork and express or deemed proof approval. Timing depends on the selected product, destination and delivery option. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm event date.
