Custom BOPP Roll Labels

Give bottles, jars and packaged goods a coordinated look with custom BOPP film labels supplied on rolls. Tell us your application surface and storage conditions before ordering so we can confirm material and adhesive suitability.

Your BOPP-label package

Choose a package of 5,000 or 10,000 labels in total, printed with one artwork design. Cart quantity 1 means one package at your selected total label quantity. Increasing the cart quantity repeats that package using the same artwork; contact us for a custom quote if you need multiple designs.

Label quantities and roll setup

The selected package quantity is the total number of labels across the supplied rolls, not the number of rolls. Labels per roll and the number of rolls may vary; these packages do not promise a fixed roll split. If you need a specific labels-per-roll count or machine-compatible core, unwind direction or roll size, contact us for a custom quote before ordering.

Other finishes, including matte lamination, gloss lamination and matte UV, are available by custom quote for the selected stock and complete configuration. The priced packages above use Gloss UV. Ink choices are confirmed for your stock and artwork. For clear or silver stock, tell us whether your design needs white printing.

Moisture-resistant film options can be quoted for your application. Suitability depends on the surface, adhesive, finish and storage conditions. Freezer applications use the separately quoted White Gloss BOPP Freezer stock; include your application and storage temperatures so we can confirm suitability. Other stock, finish, ink, perforation and roll-setup combinations are confirmed together in your quote.

Supplier examples and your artwork

Supplier images illustrate example designs and label shapes. Your package includes your approved artwork printed as 2-inch circles on the film stock with the Gloss UV finish described above. Example designs are not included, and the images do not determine the number of rolls or designs supplied.

Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with 1/8-inch bleed on all sides. Embed images, outline fonts and remove non-printing guides. We confirm the exact template, finished dimensions, dieline and safety margins before production.

Artwork and proof approval

After checkout, email your artwork and order number to dustin@vikingprintlab.com. If an artwork upload is available on this page, you may attach your file there. Design assistance and additional artwork versions require a separate quote.

Production begins after payment, complete artwork and your written approval of the digital proof. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline; production and delivery timing must be confirmed for your order.

Delivery and other quantities

Standard shipping within Canada is $12 on orders below $75 and free on orders of $75 or more after discounts. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

For other total quantities, shapes, stocks, finishes, multiple artwork designs or specific roll setups, email dustin@vikingprintlab.com with the total label count needed for each design, application surface, storage conditions and deadline. We will confirm the specification and provide a custom quote before payment.
