Each quantity is the total number of finished individual labels for one artwork design, not the number of sheets, rolls or packages. Other sizes, quantities and artwork requirements are quoted for your complete configuration.

Stock, printing and format

  • 60 lb paper label stock with a slit-back liner.
  • Full-colour CMYK printing on one side (4/0).
  • No coating.
  • Straight-cut square or rectangular labels, supplied individually, trimmed and boxed rather than on rolls or sheets.
  • One artwork design per quoted quantity. Tell us the quantity required for each design if you need multiple versions.

Sizes and quantities to quote

Standard size options, in inches, are 2 × 3.5, 2 × 4, 3 × 4, 3.5 × 3.5, 2 × 8, 4 × 4, 8.5 × 2.75, 4 × 6, 8.5 × 3.667, 5 × 7, 5.5 × 8.5, 11 × 4.25, 6 × 9 and 8.5 × 11.

Standard quantity options are 100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000 individual labels. Custom sizes and quantities can be requested; availability and limits are confirmed with your quote.

Your artwork and proof

Prepare your file at the selected finished dimensions in CMYK at 300 dpi, with 1/16-inch bleed on all sides. Embed all images, outline all text and export a print-ready PDF with bleed. Contact us before preparing artwork if you need the correct setup guide for your size.

Share an accessible artwork link with your quote request, or email your artwork to Dustin. Design assistance and additional artwork versions require a separate quote.

Production begins after payment, complete artwork and your written approval of the digital proof. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline; production and delivery timing must be confirmed with your written quote.
