Custom Cut-to-Shape Decals — Permanent

Create a custom-shaped decal from 4 mil white vinyl with permanent adhesive and your full-colour artwork.

Material and printing

  • 4 mil white calendered vinyl with permanent adhesive.
  • Opaque, matte, scuff-resistant surface.
  • Full-colour CMYK printing on one side (4/0).
  • Cut-to-shape finishing for one continuous decal outline.

This material is intended for flat surfaces and simple curves. Indoor and outdoor applications can be reviewed for the intended surface and conditions. Tell us the surface material, its condition and how the decal will be used so stock and adhesion suitability can be confirmed before ordering.

Shapes, sizes and quantities

Circle, oval, square, rectangle and custom outline options can be quoted. Tell us the finished dimensions and, for a circle, the required diameter. Available dimensions and the final cut shape are confirmed with your quote and proof.

Quantity options to quote are 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200 and 250 individual finished decals, subject to the complete configuration. Each quoted quantity uses one artwork design. Tell us the quantity required for each design if you need multiple versions.

Custom shapes need one continuous outside contour. Small details, sharp points or complex contours may need to be enlarged or simplified to produce a suitable cut outline. Each finished decal is one connected cut piece; separate disconnected cut pieces are not included.

Your artwork and cut path

Request the exact production template or dieline for your confirmed size and shape before preparing artwork. Follow that template's bleed and safe-area requirements. Prepare artwork in CMYK at 300 dpi, embed all images, outline text and export a print-ready PDF with the specified bleed.

For a custom outline, supply one continuous vector cut path on a separate layer. Use a stroke in a spot colour named CUT, with no fill and Overprint Stroke enabled. We confirm the final cut path, artwork placement and finished shape in your digital proof.

Production begins after payment, complete artwork and your written approval of the digital proof. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline; production and delivery timing must be confirmed with your written quote.
