Auto-Lock Bottom Product Boxes

Create branded retail packaging with custom paperboard product boxes featuring a pre-glued auto-lock bottom. The auto-lock bottom folds open for setup.

Materials and printing options

  • 18 pt SBS paperboard with a smooth C1S coated exterior and uncoated interior.
  • Full-colour CMYK printing outside only, inside only, or inside and outside; unprinted boxes can also be quoted.
  • Gloss AQ, High Gloss UV or no additional coating, confirmed with the selected configuration.
  • One artwork design per quoted quantity. Include the quantity needed for each design if you require multiple versions.

Dimensions and fit

Size options start at 2 × 1.5 × 1.5 inches (length × width × depth). Include your required dimensions, the dimensions of the contents and any fit requirements. We confirm the finished dimensions, measurement basis and fit against the exact production template before artwork is finalized.

Quantities

Quantity options to quote include 500, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000 boxes, subject to the complete configuration. Quantities refer to individual boxes, not packs. Tell us the total number of boxes required for each artwork design.

Your artwork and proof

Use the production dieline PDF for your confirmed dimensions and printing sides. Place your artwork on a separate layer and provide at least 1/8-inch bleed on every printable panel. Keep grey glue areas clear of artwork and fill. Retain the dieline and its original colours when exporting your print-ready PDF. Contact us before preparing artwork if you need the correct template.

For printing inside and outside, supply the outside artwork on page 1 and the inside artwork on page 2.

Production begins after payment, complete artwork and your written approval of the digital proof. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline; production and delivery timing must be confirmed for your order.
