Tell us about your wall

Include the wall material, paint type and condition, when it was painted, any texture and your intended display period. A clear wall photo helps us review suitability. Surface preparation, application and removal requirements must be confirmed before ordering.

Product guidance describes heat-assisted removal within one year. Results depend on the paint, wall finish and application conditions; damage-free removal from every surface is not guaranteed. Repositioning or reapplying a graphic requires separate confirmation. Installation services are not included.

Your artwork and digital proof

Request the current production guide for your confirmed dimensions before preparing artwork. Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF at 300 dpi, with embedded images, outlined text, and the bleed and safe areas specified by that guide. We confirm the final dimensions, orientation, layout and cut in your emailed digital proof.

The supplier image shows an example wall decal. Your order uses your approved artwork and confirmed material, dimensions and finishing. Design assistance and additional artwork versions are quoted separately.

Production begins after payment, complete artwork and your written approval of the digital proof and order specification. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline; production and delivery timing are confirmed in your quote.
