Make your message personal with custom greeting, thank-you and holiday cards from Viking Print Lab. Add your logo, photography and wording for client appreciation, realtor welcome-home notes, business greetings and seasonal mailings.

Price provided with your quote. We confirm your folded size, stock, printed sides, quantity, envelope choice, artwork, delivery and applicable taxes before payment.

Recommended for handwritten notes

For client appreciation, realtor notes and business holiday greetings, ask for 14pt Writable + AQ (C1S): a semi-gloss coated exterior with an uncoated interior. A 5 × 7-inch folded card with outside-only printing leaves the inside blank for your handwritten message. Add optional plain white envelopes to complete your order.

You can also request inside-and-outside printing, with space left clear inside for a personal note. We confirm the layout and writing areas in your emailed proof.

Folded sizes

  • 5 × 7 in, from a 10 × 7 in open card.
  • 8.5 × 5.5 in, from an 8.5 × 11 in open card.
  • 4.25 × 5.5 in, from an 8.5 × 5.5 in open card.

Standard cards are scored at the centre and shipped flat.

Paper and finish choices

Standard quote choices include matte finish, high-gloss UV, AQ, Enviro Uncoated, Writable AQ (C1S) and Writable UV (C1S). Writable C1S choices have a coated exterior and an uncoated interior for personal notes. Choose your stock and finish to suit your artwork and handwriting needs.

Metallic foil, spot UV, kraft and pearl cards are also available by enquiry. Their exact sizes, printing, envelope choices and artwork requirements are confirmed with your custom quote.

Quantity ranges depend on the selected paper and finish. We confirm current availability, quantity increments and the complete specification before accepting an order.

Printing and envelopes

For the standard choices shown, select full-colour CMYK printing on the outside only (4/0), leaving the inside blank, or full-colour printing outside and inside (4/4).

Choose no envelopes or optional blank white envelopes. The envelope option is unprinted; size, fit and quantity are confirmed with your quote.

Your artwork

Supplier images show product examples. Your selected size, material, finish and artwork are confirmed in your digital proof. Finish and writing suitability depend on your selected stock.

Artwork and ordering

Use the quote form below or email dustin@vikingprintlab.com with your folded size, paper and finish, outside-only or inside-and-outside printing, envelope choice, quantity, artwork and deadline. We will confirm the specification and provide a custom quote. Design work is quoted separately.

Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF at 300 dpi with embedded images and outlined text. We confirm the exact open-size template, outside/inside page order, fold orientation, bleed and safe areas before production. Foil and spot UV require their own confirmed artwork setup.

Shipping and applicable taxes are quoted separately. For U.S. orders, applicable tariffs are included in your USD quote. Production begins after payment, complete artwork and your written approval of the digital proof. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.
