Your logo, stitched clearly

Send your logo or design with your quote request. A clear, high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is preferred. Bold shapes and readable lettering work best. Fine details, small text, gradients or photographs may need to be simplified or adapted for embroidery; any design assistance is quoted separately.

Logo setup, also called digitizing, prepares artwork for embroidery. Any setup charges, artwork changes and requirements for different colours or designs are confirmed in your written quote. Final embroidery size, stitch suitability, placement and thread colours are reviewed before production.

Product photos and proof approval

The manufacturer photos show the blank toque and colour examples. Your custom order uses your approved embroidered artwork. Swatches and screen images are colour references; final thread colours and artwork placement are confirmed in your digital proof.

Production begins after payment, complete artwork and your written approval of the digital proof and order specification. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline; production and delivery timing are confirmed with your quote.
